Who We Are
Building stronger families through nourishment, mindset, and sustainable change

Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP)
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
As a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP) and Board Certified Behavior Analyst, I bring together the science of nutrition and the psychology of behavior change to support women and families at the deepest level. My work sits at the intersection of physiology and mindset—because lasting transformation requires both.
Nutrition has been a lifelong passion of mine. As a former collegiate athlete, I was always fascinated by performance and the human body. I began my academic path studying biology before transitioning into psychology, driven by a desire to understand not just how the body works—but how people change. That calling led me into public education, where I hoped to create systemic impact from the inside out.
I eventually founded Peak Interventions, practicing school psychology and behavior analysis while working closely with children and families. The work was meaningful and effective—but I kept seeing the same pattern. Behavior strategies could only go so far when families were depleted, overwhelmed, under-rested, and under-nourished.
“Working with Heather was exactly what I needed and it came right when I needed it most. She listens, truly listens, and responds with kindness, encouragement and tough love when she senses I need it. She has helped me focus away from the quick fixes to take small, yet impactful, steps towards my health and life goals.”

If you rewind the tape a few years, my own perspective looked very different. As an athlete, I spent years overtraining, under-recovering, chasing performance, and cycling through restrictive fad diets—all while running on negative self-talk. I know firsthand what it feels like to push hard and still feel off.
That lived experience, combined with my professional background, reshaped everything.
I take a holistic, heart-centered approach, walking alongside families to nurture growth, restore well-being, and create lasting change. By supporting women in restoring their health, calming their nervous systems, and building strong foundations, we create the space for mothers to step into family life with confidence and ease. When a woman is truly nourished—body, mind, and spirit—the entire family flourishes.
Heather brings over 15 years of experience supporting children and families with a unique blend of psychology, behavioral strategies, and nutrition.
She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Mercyhurst University, an Education Specialist (Ed.S.) in School Psychology from the University of Colorado at Denver and is certified in Applied Behavior Analysis through Florida Institute of Technology. She is also a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP) through the Nutritional Therapy Association, allowing her to bring holistic nourishment to the families she serves, and is currently pursuing an intensive Gut Healing Certification through the Institute of Restorative Health.
